Investors can find support

By Tammy Laval

Seminar to help with guidance.

Mackay’s Ray White principal Sandra Paul has a gift for investors.

With a buoyant property market, Ms paul wants to reassure investors that there is support and advise available, and this is why she has organised an investor inforamtion evening for Thursday night.

“In a achallenging marketplace it is essential that your investment is working for you, ensuring it is structured correctly and working to its maxium potential to the client, ” she said.

“As a property manager I see all too often owners woho are seeking guidance to make things easier for them or who have investments that just are not working to the maximum potential for them.”

She said a lot of people became the owner of a rental property by default because they’d failed to sell their family home and therefore need to put a tenant in so they were able to move on with their plans.

” … A lot of owners don’t understand the full aspect of owing an investment property or understand the benefits available for them,” she said.

On Thursday night there will be presentations about correct borrowing structures, depreciation schedules, finance, interest rates and asset protection.

Ms Paul said it was rare you’d be able to get to speak to a property manager, finance broker, accountant and solicitor all in the same room for free.

The evenin gis open to everyone.  Ms Paul said this was the first time they’d held the event and support had been positive so far.

The session will be held in the Oxley Room at Mackay Grande Suites from 6:30pm – 8:00pm Thursday.  To RSVP, contact Ms Paul on 4957 9999 or email
