      Thanks for your swift reply. It's very refreshing to have a nice polite reply within the week when dealing with Mackay agents.

      I'm in Melbourne and looking for more Eimeo property (I grew up in Mky) but my partner and I want to move north soon.

      We have money in mind to spend but I don't want to waste my time with falling in love with property if the owner wants 300 over what we can afford..

      We're only interested in Eimeo property....must have 2-3 lock up garages and pool (OR the ability for us to do this to the house) as were ace renovators.

      Walking distance to the beach is a must.
